Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative and operational functions of the organization. They ensure that programs and services are delivered efficiently and meet community needs. They ensure staff are supported and provide oversight to the implementation of the Strategic Operational Plan.
